We do not ship on a hunch. See the full protocol for how each engine is signed off.

My 2.0 TDI failed at 240,000 km. Motorol's quote was clear, delivery was on time, my mechanic validated the engine without a single remark.
We've been ordering for our customers since last summer. Engines arrive clean, prepped, with their technical file. Their support speaks German.
Plain-English warranty terms made the difference. No traps, no fine print games. Worth the price difference vs. the cheaper "as-is" sellers.

A long read for drivers, garages and dealers. What "used", "reconditioned" and "remanufactured" actually mean — and the questions that separate a bargain from a mistake.
Read the article →Our engines run between €1,200 and €4,500 depending on make, motorisation and reference mileage — delivery included. Send us your registration or VIN for a firm quote in under two business hours.
Enter your registration plate or VIN in the quote form. We confirm compatibility manually before quoting. If we ship the wrong reference, we cover the swap and the transport.
Ten months on internal components: block, head, crankshaft, conrods, pistons, valves and original gaskets. Cover starts at first start-up, on condition the engine is fitted by a professional.
Five working days on average for France, Benelux and Germany. Seven to ten for Southern Europe and the Nordics. Every shipment is tracked and insured to the door.
A professional fit is strongly recommended and is what activates the warranty. Experienced fitters with the right tooling can self-install — contact us first to confirm conditions.
Included: complete block with cylinder head, intake and exhaust manifolds, new gaskets, four-test report. Not included: turbo, injectors, harness, ECU, clutch, flywheel — these transfer from your original or are quoted separately.
If your engine has reached the end of its life — or your customer's has — buying a reconditioned unit is almost always cheaper, faster, and more sustainable than the alternatives. A new engine costs a fortune to manufacture, in money and in CO₂. A used engine bought from a dismantler without testing is a coin flip you'll usually lose. Motorol sits between the two: every engine we ship has passed four documented tests, carries a ten-month warranty, and arrives with a signed report your fitter can read before bolt-up.
Our catalogue covers the most common diesel and petrol engines from the past fifteen years of European motoring — Volkswagen 2.0 TDI, BMW N57, Mercedes OM651, Peugeot HDi, Renault dCi, the families that account for most of what's still on the road. We don't publish a stock list because availability changes daily; instead, you send your registration plate or VIN, we check our network, and we come back with a firm quote in under two business hours. No payment is required at the quote stage. No commitment is implied.
Our four-test protocol is the heart of what we do. A compression test measures the pressure each cylinder generates and rejects any engine showing more than eight percent variance between cylinders. A leak-down test pressurises the cylinder and identifies leaks past valves, rings, or head gasket — where compression stays silent, leak-down speaks. An endoscope camera walks every chamber and port, recording HD video of cylinder walls and piston crowns. An oil analysis at a partner lab reads the engine's metallurgical signature in parts per million; iron above 180 ppm sends the engine back for full inspection. Engines that fail any of these tests are stripped for parts or recycled. None is resold "as new" without proof.
We deliver to twenty-seven European countries on a strapped wooden pallet, fully insured, tracked from workshop to your door. The price you see in the quote includes the engine, the tests, the packaging, and the delivery — there are no charges added at order, no surcharges after dispatch. For garages and workshops, our trade accounts open with a tiered discount, thirty-day payment terms after three orders, and a dedicated account contact who handles quotes, dispatch, and after-sales in your language. We answer in English, French, German, and Lithuanian, Monday to Saturday, on phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Behind every engine is a documented file: the donor vehicle reference, the four-test report, the dispatch checklist, and the warranty certificate with serial number and start date. If a problem appears after fitting, our after-sales team opens a dossier inside forty-eight business hours and resolves the majority of cases remotely with your fitter. When a return is required, we organise the pickup at our cost. The warranty covers internal mechanical defects of the engine — block, cylinder head, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, valves, original gaskets — for ten months from first start-up, on the condition that fitting is done by a qualified professional. The terms are written in plain English and read in five minutes. We don't bury the conditions; we explain them.
