What's covered

Internal mechanical defects of the engine: block, cylinder head, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, valves, original gaskets. Cover begins at first start-up after fitting and runs for ten months from that date.

What's not covered

Wearing parts that arrive new with the engine but degrade with use (timing belt, water pump if supplied separately, sensors). External components transferred from the original engine (turbo, injectors, harness, ECU, clutch, flywheel). Damage caused by overheating, fuel contamination, or fitting outside manufacturer specifications.

The professional-fit condition

The warranty applies on condition that the engine is fitted by a qualified professional and that fitting documentation can be produced (workshop invoice, fitting checklist). We can recommend partner workshops in most European regions if needed.

How to claim

Send us the workshop diagnostic report, the fitting invoice, the engine serial number, and a short description of the symptom. We confirm receipt within two business hours and open a dossier within forty-eight. Most issues resolve remotely, with the fitter, without a return.

If a return is needed

We organise pickup at our cost. Diagnosis follows on receipt. Outcome is one of three: replacement engine shipped at our expense, repair under warranty, or refund of the engine plus the documented fitting cost — whichever applies to the case.

Documentation provided

Each engine ships with: the four-test report (signed, dated), the donor vehicle reference, the warranty certificate with serial number and start date. Keep these — they are required for any warranty claim.
