Account terms
Standard trade terms are SEPA on dispatch. Once an account has cleared three orders we open thirty-day terms on request, subject to a credit check. Credit insurance covers all open positions.

Each trade account has one named contact who handles quotes, dispatch and after-sales. Quotes acknowledged inside thirty minutes during business hours. WhatsApp and direct line included.
